Hi Low lead type cable or TPR are prohibited by Argentine regulations. I lived in Entre Rios for a while and I know that most of them, including ENERSA, do not recognize if that is a monthly magazine, a book, a standard or a typical meal, although the regulatory body demands to comply with the rules of AEA, but hey. ..., it remains in you if you want to work under standards, the right cable would be with 1.1 kV insulation. in any of its varieties, (this includes the underground) preferably with XLPE insulation, if the cable is visible the minimum height from the ground is 2.50 meters, everything that is below that height must go under a pipe ( No cable or corrugated cable) comment

I mean the cable channel under 2.50 meters is prohibited?

On the other hand, if it is as it says there, it is not 2.50m high and it will be hanging a piece that feeds the lamppost. So I am not going to do it, I prefer to pass. I will explain to my client that everything with a PVC pipe if not.

If the cable channel is outside it would not be an adequate pipe. The crossing of the lamppost if or if it has to be below

Ah now I understand you friend. Well let's say that from where I take the current comes a cable under a floor folder, it is a tpr but it comes with a pvc pipe, then it goes up inside a metal pipe, the old man of the lamppost. From there I have to connect and come with a PVC pipe and go up to the roof of the garage. Me. Client wants to install a led tube in the middle of the garage but pulling cable under lead, without bone insulation without pvc pipe or anything. The ceiling height is about 2.50 I think I have to measure it well. The same is crazy for me that, if it is not underground cable no

I wouldn't do it, I mean that one should go with PVC pipe, I say.

That part would go indoors. But putting wires in the air bone air, I would avoid that work.

If it already comes under the floor with tpr it already comes badly
If you really want to work under standards, I congratulate you on your choice, unfortunately Argentina has very advanced standards but a society very reluctant to respect them, we see it daily, people on motorcycle without a helmet, in a car without a belt, people who cross an avenue through where it should not or does not respect the traffic lights, are basic things that do not cost money, imagine the electrical rules from which you must pay a significant difference of money,,

What you have to do with these people is to advise as best as possible and demand one the choice of the materials to be used, you give them the possible proposals and the budgets directly with included materials, it is the best way not to deal with customers who want to reduce costs where they should not since the professionals are us and who should choose what material to use is the professional since the client does not have the technical capacity to differentiate between the different materials

Hi Ste. Good morning. It is a dilemma to place what is right and what the client wants. Someone will end up doing the job as he wants. That is what you are willing to pay. An installation for example should have a phase, a neutral and a ground. For the cost of drivers, the client dispenses with the land to reduce costs. It is not the most appropriate, but the client is explained what happens if he does not place it, he decides whether or not to place it. With this I do not suggest you do it or not. You just have to do a job with which you feel comfortable when you finish it and comply with your standard and the customer is pleased with the finished work. Your ethics first. I hope I have placed some light on your doubt. Greetings. Comment
