Corroborated the mistake I made related to the neutral and to avoid confusion, the best response that should have been assessed as a Solution is the one I present below provided by servimat1 ( regards ): Hi. This is because there are loads connected in that circuit. If you disconnect everything from the sockets and turn off all the lights (and the circuit does not have a short) there will be no continuity. Greetings I have to note that there are appliances with their own switches that being in the off position will not intervene in the continuity between both terminals, but if there are other appliances that at first glance are seen to be off and in reality if they maintain continuity through the cards electronic not being included a switch of total cut between the phase and the neutral in them. Reason why the ideal thing is to disconnect them for the corresponding check. As for the lighting, the incandescent bulbs being past the swiche will lead to show continuity. Not so fluorescent saver bulbs. My apologies. Thanks and regards.
