Where can I take a neutral point from a three-phase control panel

HELLO THAT SUCH COMMUNITY! I tell you I need to connect a 220 Vac cooler in a three-phase grounding control panel, the cooler as you know connects to Linea and Neutral but I don't get a neutral electric point to connect. In that control panel I have 2 transformers, one from 220 to 380 V ac and another 24 Vac and I check its terminals and in none can I connect my cooler to turn it on. if I do it triggers the general thermal (Main Circuit Breaker). What can I do to connect my cooler inside the same control panel without the thermometer going down ????

If you have a transformer from 220 to 380 and the cooler to connect is for 220 .... connect it to that transformer on the side of the 220
Question:
Is the transformer three-phase?

Hi, how are you, ps if I connect it the first time and I do not walk. well it is possible to say that there is a possibility that that cooler that I went to install was broken, xq then I took it to the store and they changed it for another ... but I also made an individual installation xq wherever I connected it on that board control tripped main switch ..... (not three-phase transformer)

To have 220V, you can have: .- A three-phase 380V system, in which you have 220V between any phase and the neutral. .- It can be a three-phase 220V system. The 220V will have them between 2 phases. .- A single phase system with 2 phases of 110V and neutral. The 220V you have between each phase of 110V. According to what you mention, you have the 220V in the 220V to 380V transformer. So it is not a three-phase 380V system so that 220V are present between any phase and the neutral.

correct .. the only thing is that in my control board 220 vac arrives per phase without neutral, only grounded and still no part of the board was connected

Hi You do not necessarily have to look for 220 volts identified as "live and neutral", you just have to connect it in the 380/220 volt transform, in the part corresponding to 220 volts, in the two same terminals of the transform (not to ground or to the board neutral) if it existed) Explaining the concept of neutral would only bring you confusion, it is enough that you find 220 volts alternate for the fan to work. Cheers
