Hi good day. I have a problem; in a place I have 2 engines to open and close the gates Suddenly they began to get stuck midway. I checked the thermal box with my tester and no load shows me a normal voltage with respect to neutral 118v in one phase and 124 v in the other. I connect the motors and they work normally for me, then I turn on the lights and that is where one of the phases considerably lowers its voltage to 100v and the other goes up to about 140v. But I measure the voltage of both faces and it marks me 240v. I consider that it is a Neutral fault but I can not help me with an idea to solve this problem. Hi. You must control the voltage from the input (meter) and the same board in search of the problem of the phases or the same neutral. Obviously there is some false contact. Regards
