The hours passed and nobody came, called dozens of times and I got the claim numbers, sent SMS etc., until I called the central SAN JOSE, and they gave me the order number that the crew had, but nobody ever came, I went back to the afternoon and they told me "go now, we already sent him the gang", they never came. What you should have done is a claim for poor electrical service. You don't mention where the image box is. Apparently, it would not correspond to the change made by the company in charge of the supply. For the cables that did not respect the color code and caliber, it is not possible to analyze if the phase that has problems continues to feed another neighbor.
