Hello in that case you must take the cable that is surely missing, which is the live one to where you have placed the new socket. For that you must follow the neutral to the nearest connection box that you have in mind to this (the live or phase). Remember that if the socket is connected to the lamp neutral, you will be using a lower section of the cable than normal, so the connected consumptions or devices must not be high.
