Voltage Booster with problems?

Hi, I have an electrical problem: Today my connection is like this: Power input from the street connected to a 40 A circuit breaker (The one that jumped) From there 40 meters to the house. Direct to another 40 A circuit breaker. From the output of this second circuit breaker, an 8 kv Pampa voltage booster is connected. A general thermal of 32 A is connected from the elevator output From there there are several thermal with several derivations of power, light keys, external luminaries, air, etc. What happened to me today is that I skip the first circuit breaker on the street, turn down all the house thermals, I went to the high, to the street, when I go back up all the thermal and to my surprise I have no light. But I look at the elevator's incoming voltage indicator LED and it is on. All high thermal. But I don't have a single light. Did the Tension Elevator die? How do I know if it is failing? Thank you!

Hello, if the elevator is on its LED is because it is receiving power, the review must be upstream, and focus on the thermal that brings energy to your lights, and check before if any circuit breaker is activated, you can check with a pilot focus on the suspicious keys according to legend of the board, above and below that is to say entry and exit

Thank you! It was a broken thermomagnetic key. It was high but it didn't work well. I changed it and the problem was solved.

Well I see that you followed my advice, always use pilot focus to test as I mentioned, above and below the key is said entry and exit

Hello Use a test lamp with a 100w focus (not a tester or pager) to know how far the voltage goes, apply it to each thermal input and output, differential circuit breaker and the elevator.

Did you do the test lamp as I advised you?

Sorry for the passage of time! No, I measured the input and output voltage with a multimeter and realized that I was not going through the switch was on. Free

With this test the pilot focus comments on where or in what thermal key does not reach or suddenly does not pass the tension.

Hello To know if it is the elevator you should control its output, with the test lamp as indicated by colleagues. If the elevator goes out of current, go to the next step. If it doesn't come out ... the elevator died. But .... you have to uncover it and see what happens, the protection varistor may have jumped. Regards
