To hang the fuorescent of a center box, or from the roof itself, a support called a crossbar comes in Argentina, which is a sheet with holes 75 mm away (coincides with the holes of an octagonal) where a stud can be screwed or 1/4 "W screw.
This support is central and holds any type of luminaire in a safe way, since it bolts perfectly.
Just a precaution, buy them only in electricity houses, do not look for crossbars anywhere (to avoid surprises)
I know that about the crossbar, I have removed the luminaire to replace it with a LED and now I will put it back on the crossbar where it was.
My question is if I have the "no more nails" glue out there, I can put something on it. I ask you about my insecurity because it is the first time I change one and the installation is over 30 years old. If you say that only with the nuts is it safe enough to hold another 10 years then it would not be necessary.
Well, I asked because theoretically that glue is intended as a nail substitute and can withstand a lot of weight:

I suppose they are a little paranoia of mine, only with the nuts should I endure if it has always been that way.
Three reasons:
1- Because not all adhesives meet the dielectric and flame retardant properties, this is relative since it depends on which glue you use
2- because when gluing and not anchoring while the element is suspended, there will be a high risk that the glue or the surface where it was stuck will fail and fall
3- because in case of requiring maintenance it is difficult to disarm, running risks of damaging the different parts
