If you refer to the main circuit breaker differential, the answer is no; promptly in that case you cannot replace them with three bipolars since the regulation requires ONE differential circuit breaker.
If it is in sectional boards, there is no problem as you connect a power cutter (since it will be one after the existing one), this in the case of having only single-phase circuits.
