Hi, how are you doing ... I ask you, I have a circuit breaker installed and a quadripolar ends on a board that I did not do. 2 or more times a day, now remove it to the circuit breaker temporarily so that they have light ... but the problem is but I don't know where, it is a very large establishment, and nowhere to look for ... it may be that the short circuit breaker?

Hi. It's nothing weird, you have a power leak somewhere. As you put it, it is clear that the power failure is not. You may change it and the new one has less or more sensitivity and the shooting box changes, just for that reason, but the leak will persist.
I sincerely pity you, to see how you manage to charge even if it is part of what you are going to deny.
I hope you have even a minimum experience in finding ground faults, otherwise do not touch anything and be honest with your client.
One tip, leave the installation in single-phase power before starting the search

If in a few days you find out that the circuit breaker jumped again, the leak should look for it in the neutral but be careful to lift this without first disconnecting the phases
Are the terminal circuits monophasic or three phase?

How about you keep in mind that the neutral is also conductive and the circuit breaker also captures leaks from it, pay attention on rainy days if water leaks I would try to reverse the poles in the circuit breaker and see but check all the intakes that are not loose the conductors .. if it does not work there may be an injured conductor inside a pipe if it becomes metallic, a solution is to wire again with new conductors

Something like this happened to me and after a few days I discovered that the phase 2 neutral was shared in a certain sector. Imagine how I went crazy, pay attention to every detail

Hi Victor and how did you solve it? did you separate it

If I had to sectorize wiring again with new conductors and perform the circuit again there is no other in cadi all cases since the leak may be inside the pipe, explain that to the client and the amount of that work

Hi, you can't override the circuit breaker. If in doubt replace it, but do not leave the installation like this. Since it is very dangerous When I replace it. If the fault persists start looking for places that have moisture. If the place is very large, it must be sectorized. Regards

If you already look everywhere ... there is moisture and some sides. but I already disassemble all the racks and lights, there never jumps and there light that garments and any side makes you break the circuit breaker ... tomorrow I'm going to try another circuit breaker to see what happens ... it's weird what makes me thank you

Random failures are the most difficult to solve. Have patience
good luck greetings

Hi, I got a four-pole circuit breaker and I installed it and I didn't jump any more ... The old circuit breaker is short, tomorrow I put a new one ...

If you said that the old circuit breaker sometimes takes weeks without firing ... how can you ensure that the new circuit breaker will not do so in a few days or weeks?

hello first when I replace the circuit breaker I stop jumping ... when placing a healthy one I do not cut the current anymore and second after a week I reinstalled the old and original circuit breaker and I jumped again, replace it with a new one and problem solved .... so far
