Doubt about installation

Dear, I must install an industrial fryer that consumes, in theory, 10kw !! I made calculations and consulted tables, but I still have doubts about what cable to use and what thermal. The calculations give the consumption a thermal greater than 40 amp and a 10mm cable. I appreciate any help!

Sergio
You must inform if it is single-phase or three-phase and nominal voltage
Also distance to the main board
Very important if there is availability of supply because it is not occurred to someone to put a fryer of 10 kWh, I go and the method ... we must assess whether the present supply has the capacity to provide those 10 kWh without conditioning the other consumptions

And also technical data of the fryer

Thanks for your help. From the fryer I only know that it consumes 10kw. For the answers and some calculations I made gives me 10mm2 cable, thermal for 45 amp. 5 meters from the board will be installed. I just need to know what size circuit breaker to place. I did not consult that.

10Kw ???? are you sure? that power will probably require a rush and own board. And without fear of making a three-phase rush. Before worrying about the type of cable and magnetics you should find out if the electric company can deliver that type of supply in the sector and then get a certified technician for that power that makes you the corresponding electrical and connection planes.

Sergio: according to your comments I interpret that it is a single-phase fryer for 220V of nominal voltage (data that I interpret, you ignore) if it were single-phase, something difficult to believe since a fryer would exceed the maximum capacity of any single-phase supply, it would be 10 mm2 cables, 50A thermal and 63 / 0.03A differential, all that only for the fryer and in the installation not there is room even for a light bulb if it were three phase 3x380V it would be for that circuit 4 mm2 cables with thermal 3x20A (if without neutral) or 4x20A (if with neutral) and tetrapolar differential 25 / 0.03A If it's another tension, comment when you're clear. keep in mind that an aggregate of 10 kW is single phase or three phase, you can modify if the electrical service of the place and its primary installation (before and after the meter) is not contemplated regards

I think it is best to recommend that you consult a qualified field technician.
