I have to install an 80 liter electric water heater and cooker with a Philco Phce051b oven. I have been told to put two thermal, one for each device. What cables do you recommend using? Someone suggested me 2.5 mm but I'm not sure. And one last. What is the use of identifying live and neutral for this connection? Thank you

In the sheet that gives the manufacturer tells you what the equipment consumes with that current you multiply it by 1.2 and it gives you the thermal to use, if it does not give you a commercial value choose one above and as for the driver download a table of drivers awg and in this it tells you the current that is capable of supporting each conductor gauge and so depending on the consumption of the equipment you choose the cable
