Hello
An inscription of a cable can mention the identification IRAM No. 3517-1, and that does not mean that it is a good cable, or that it meets the quality requirements, not even that standard refers to a copper cable. ( Norma IRAM Nº 3517 - 1 - Manual and Wheel Wheels, Choice, Installation and Use).
The biggest percentage in the price of a cable is its weight in copper, which has international value, so if it is worth a third, you can realize that there is something strange.
Cable is not bought without seeing it, unless it is a brand of first line; less on the internet, much less if it has a fancy name and they say it's worth half.
Do not buy cables of that type because they do not have the section they claim to have .
regards
