Hello
Regulation AEA 90364.7.771 edition 2006 (effective)
[color=#2980b9] 771.12.1: Unused conduits, wires and cables:
(n) Plain or corrugated pipes of flame-propagating synthetic material or insulation, generally orange, in accordance with clause 7.3 of IEC 61386-1 (at the date of publication of this Section, IRAM Rule 62386 is in study).
771.12.3.1: General
The conduits suitable for electrical installations in buildings were detailed in 771.12.2, and their assembly is allowed if the requirements indicated in the following subclauses are met. Pipeline systems not allowed, were described in 771.12.1. With regard to insulation pipe systems, in 771.12.1 n), it has been established that the use of flame-propagating pipes is not permitted. This restriction also applies to products which, irrespective of the color set by IEC 61386 (orange or orange) and of any other color, do not meet the required flame retardant characteristic.
these are paragraphs extracted from the regulations where it clearly states that those pipes that do not meet the condition of being NO FLAME PROPAGANTS regardless of their color are NOT PERMITTED
the orange pipe is attributed to it being a flame propagator, therefore it is not allowed
other pipes for more than oranges may also fail to comply with this requirement and not be allowed so it is always recommended to read the rules of manufacture and technical characteristics of the product
regards
