Schedule tour in central PPA

I have a central PPA FACILITY P20875, for a gate. After a week without power (blown fuse), it stopped working properly. Close well, but not open. I tried to program it, the gate closes and there it stays, the process does not end. Programming procedure (will it be correct?) 1- Position the gate halfway 2- Place the jumper PROG and press both buttons of the remote control 3- The gate closes until the end of the magnetic stroke 4- It should open (but it doesn't) 5- After opening you should stop, wait 5 seconds and remove the jumper The green and red LEDs are lit each for a magnetic end of career: red when closed, green when open. So the magnetic sensors work correctly. When I close it with the remote control, the motor moves for a fraction of a second: the relay works. It seems a programming problem. Years ago, when it was installed, the installer programmed it on purpose to knock on closing, to ensure the gate's fit on the edge. I don't know if that interferes with the programming.

It seems a problem of internal logic, it is as if the opening had memorized it giving it a time of less than a second, to discard problems in the integrated memorize a shorter run (one meter for example) and with the magnet in the active hand the End of travel in one direction and then in the other, if it is well memorized, it must be checked that the magnetic sensor or reed detected by the magnet has not lost sensitivity or check the metal part of the zipper, it may have been magnetized (it is rare but I have seen it) then the sensor detected that part as if it were a magnet. In any case check and clean the central that is not dirty that does not have bugs or cobwebs, check the welded joints for microcracks, if there are any, review them with the soldering iron.

Thanks for the reply. It did not work for me. The zipper is not magnetized, but I noticed that the green LED (maximum opening magnetic sensor) is always halfway on, and it comes on completely when the magnet is brought closer. I pulled the sensor away from the zipper, but nothing. I get the impression that the circuit is taking that weak signal as a permanent presence of the magnet.
Did it ever happen to you? Is it a matter of changing the sensor or the board? Is there an easy way to exchange sensors to test? Both connect their wires to the connector that plugs into the board.
Thank you

From what you mentioned it seems that it was a sensor problem. To check it you must invert the sensor, unplug it, turn it on and plug it in, you can also bypass it if you look at the control panel, 4 gray wires arrive from the sensor to the 3-pin FCA connector, one goes to the lock (F), 2 goes to the common (C) and the other goes to the opening (A), you can unplug the connector and directly bridge F with C to simulate the closure, and C with A to simulate the opening,

Thanks, I did that and the problem is still in the same place, so I assume it is not the sensor. I'm about to buy another badge. Thank you very much for the advice.

same check the back of the board in case there is something bridging the connector pins or the integrated pins
