But as time went by (months) I began to notice that a balloon of air began to form, which led me to leave a large part of the paint. I wanted to ask you what they recommend when painting it again ... there will be some sealant as it is put on the walls before painting it, some chemical agent is put on it that causes a surface where the paint adheres better or what I can do. ..? because I don't want moisture to happen to me and I have to do it now.

Hi. Balloons usually come out when painted on a wet surface and when the water warms it tries to leave. That's why blisters. With the ceiling very dry, apply a coat of SIKA latex that is a transition layer between the ceiling and the fiber. What brand did you use? regards

Let the ceiling dry, if your work was new and the days you paint it ... try to make the ceiling clean, and follow the manufacturer's instructions, polyurethane paint does not peel off easily, something you did. Use Sika as advice, they have very good polyurethane.
