As Juan Guillermo said it is with trabitas.
The problem was that with the years that the washing machine is, I was stuck but with a lot of patience I was able to take it out.

Dear, in other similar models the cover is screwed. By removing the cover you can access the axle nut that holds the rest of the knob. If you cannot unscrew it, use a lever to remove the cover and proceed to disassembly. Regards
