I finally got the magnet. It is fastened with the rivet that has a spline on the tip and is nailed to the shaft.
There was no way to get it out other than to cut off the head and then glue the magnet to the rivet.
As a contribution attached a photo showing the rivet cut and replacements are seen.

Thank you very much for your response !!!!! The engine is similar but the part of the coil is different. I uploaded the photos in the question so that it is better appreciated. The magnet is covered and that cover is below the tip of the shaft. I think it is not under pressure and is held by this head that looks like a rivet. I still didn't try to take it out for fear of breaking it. I appreciate any suggestions. Regards
If it's different, I didn't see an engine like that, won't it be screwed on? If you dare try unscrewing it, I've seen motors where the magnet is screwed but they don't have that end on the shaft end, regards.
