Greetings to all, fermin 007 following your comment I analyzed the operation of the system since the beginning of the tub filling, eventual movements of the cylinder and the agitator plate, etc. and observe the following: this washing machine as all has a kind of tank or tub and inside this tank is the cylinder with holes that rotates at high speed to squeeze and additionally is the stirrer plate which you recommended to take out, well take it out and I started working without that plate and it worked correctly, I no longer threw the fault and performed its work cycle perfectly. Note that when taking out the plate, and waiting for the water level to reach the correct height, the cylinder with holes began to float decoupling and now it did not move, but the rod where the stirring plate goes if it did.
Well not to make the story long I realize that the screw that holds the stirrer plate has a rubber that prevents the disengagement of the cylinder and therefore throws the OL fault
