PHILCO WM-PH08 hello, for a few days the washing machine, I put error E4 and does not spin because the water does not go away. Is there any way to get something for the water to go away? for example I had a candy that turned a plastic down and drew the water out there ..... How do I get the water to see what it has next? thanks greetings

Hello, you must have a door at the bottom where the drain pump is looking for it and take out the lid that is usually half-turn, that if enough water is going to come out with the electrical things nearby.

Hi Gatoman. Some Philco models (I don't know if this one) are equipped with a check valve in the drain circuit. If so, the washing machine will not empty even if you place the drain hose on the floor. In the "Manuals and contributions" section of the forum you will find an article that I uploaded some time ago about this system. Remove the back cover of the washing machine and check if your washing machine brings it. If so, place the drain hose on a rack or flush with the floor and manually actuate the valve piston for emptying. Regards.

Hello A very simple way, is placing the water outlet hose to the floor, in this way the water comes out by gravity, another way is by removing the clamp that attaches the hose and removing this, and with this you can remove the pump and see if it has Any foreign object or is definitely damaged. GOOD. Before testing the pump and others I did some tests that helped me solve the problem. First clean the filters, and down on the pump also has an access and had some fluff. Second, what I did was put the hose in an empty 20 liter water canister and put a program. there it started to discharge and centrifuge. put the hose back into the drain pipe that I had made and again the error e4 came out. conclusion: the pipe that had put from the hose to the grid was clogged. It was too thin. so change that pipe for a pipe of 1 inch and a half .... problem solved. thanks to those who bothered to respond
