Hi. I have a philco wm-ph10 automatic top-loading washing machine with the following problem: it starts and ends the programs but does not spin. At the time of centrifugation the drum does not rotate. The belt slides as if the drum were locked .. in the wash only the agitator moves from the bottom of the drum, is that okay or should the drum also move? Does it have any mechanism that slows the drum during washing and unlocks it for spinning? Thank you
