Hello this washing machine washing turns one way and does not spin. I tried the engine alone and it turns on both senses when it has the spin signal, the blockade goes and and it is seen that the shooter works, but does not spin any ideas?

Hello, very likely problems of electronic board, one of the triac that governs the engine would be out of service, anyway check the state of connectors and wiring that have continuity those that go to the engine. Regards

Thank you Luis, I already found on the board the connector of the blue and yellow motor cables, how could I try to know what the plaque is the problem



Dear, check with a tester if the plate sends voltage or not to the motor. Measure between the Neutral and the capacitor wires and you should obtain two 220VAC readings or similar. Regards


