A while ago my washing machine has the error e21 but when I pressed start it was still working. Now it does not finish washing and does not spin. I want to clean the filter but I don't know where it is.It's a LS PH90.Thank you.

The error means sewer system problems. Probably the pump is stuck or faulty. The filter is in the lower right corner (looking from the front).

Yes, I uncovered the plug but only water came out, I don't see anything that can be moved to see if there is fluff or anything else...Can that be taken out?

If the filter is clean, maybe there is a problem with the pump and you must replace it.
