The washing machine is a Longvie L815, I removed the back cover and the first time I noticed that the engine tried to turn the drum but it was a jerk and did not move anymore. Thinking that maybe something inside the drum was working the spin I unplugged the washing machine, I gave it a couple of laps by force with my hand from inside the drum and when I plugged it in again when I turned it on, it took three or four turns and stopped.
I took off the belt to see if it was the drum or the engine and the engine did not start, it seemed strange that I had a few turns if the engine was "dead."
I put the belt back on, I turned it a few laps by hand (this time from the same pulley) and when I started the washing machine it didn't work, but I gave it a push with a wood and again, it took four or five turns and stopped.
I was searching and I read that this model does not have a starting capacitor, so it does not occur to me that it can be. Hopefully someone has seen something similar and I know how to help.
Thanks since now.
