Good afternoon, I tell you. A few years ago I bought a top-loading LG T8504DE Direct Drive washing machine which worked very well until two weeks ago it started with a loud sound when rinsing and spinning when the drum was turned, dripping water is a drag-like sound and leaves from the back of the washing machine. A technician saw her cleaning the drain and stopped ringing at the first wash load, but already at the second load she began with the sound.
This washer is very well leveled. If you could help me solve the problem of that sound, I would greatly appreciate it.

Having read your question, and in response to what you say that was cleaned at the exit or drain of water the noise was removed, I could recommend that you perform the following test
1- Disconnect the cables that go into the Pump, and do the centrifugation process only, and pay attention to the noise.
2-again check the water outlet, in space the PUMP, it is possible that some foreign object is found inside the pump that is causing such noise.

Thanks for answering the technician when cleaning the drain found a coin and found nothing else. My husband later cleaned the drain again finding nothing. The sound comes from behind as a tractor's dream tried to send a video of the sound but I couldn't.
