Removing the back cover of the washing machine and putting it to centrifuge you can realize which shock absorber is wrong, also removing the top cover of the washing machine, maybe a broken spring.

The springs on the top look good ... the only rare thing I could see in the bottom of the washer is that the back cushion is more contracted than the two in the front ... this could be the cause and If so, can the shock absorber be repaired in any way? Thank you
