Hi. General Electric Washing Machine Mod: TD1495PBS1, does not turn on. When you put voltage (110v) the LEDs blink and that's it. After she is dead, she does nothing else. I checked the card and got him the varistor (14E391K-N) in short. I placed a different one, but hey and it stays the same. The blinking of the LEDs should give you a sequence and a pause. How many times do the LEDs flash?


