Good Morning. The device finished the process and does not allow the door to be opened. Dry clothes are still there. I uncovered the top, I found the door blocker, but I can't find a way to unlock it.

Hello, another alternative is with a flat screwdriver to reach the door block from the top that I uncover, and maneuver the door lock with the screwdriver until it releases the latch and can open, then control the door block, you may have to perform A spare. Regards
