Hello Omar. From below the pulley should turn counterclockwise, therefore, if you look at it from above, the basket rotates clockwise. If, as you say, when turning manually, it fits well, it is not a cash problem. You should check if at the time of centrifugation the drain motor is working properly by releasing the gear from it.
