Hi Luis! First of all, thank you very much. Perform the following test to verify if there is tension in the drain pump: place a tester on the drain pump terminals, wash restarted, it starts with the previous drain (220v during the process), then the water charge continues (0volts during this process in the drain pump), cut by level and start to rotate the drum, just there you can see the voltage reading in the drain pump, and then it goes into failure (7 blinks).

Dear, during washing you should not have tension in the pump. If when starting to wash, there is tension in the pump and the error code is produced, check if the plate shows traces of moisture or insects.
If the plate has no traces, the micro of the plate may be damaged and should be replaced. Regards
