Hi, I have a washing machine Digital Glass 6500 Programming , which starts alone, loads the water and centrifuges, but the command buttons do not respond . I think the problem is the platelet, but I can't find a way to remove the cover. From what I saw in this forum, it is assumed that with a lateral blow from left to right it should be able to be removed, but it seems welded and I am afraid of breaking the plastic if I hit too hard. Hello, with regard to not responding to the controls, it could be problems of the microswitches, something not uncommon for them to go out of service. Regards
