I understand that because of the weight of the drum with water, they can lower a little, but I have doubts about the fact that before the drum did not move or descend so much.
It may be that the old ones were with old and dirty grease, and this makes them lock in their path, sure when doing the washing of the sheets the old tensors have come down suddenly and not progressively as the new ones would do, greetings.
