Look for the datasheet of these two Triac, but there are differences between them, both come in encapsulated Dpack that would be surface mounted, called an importer of components and tells me that it does not have them in surface, the acst2 is 2 amps, the bta08 It is 8 amperes, now I'm going to have to find a way to adapt any of these to the board, do you have any idea if it influences that you have inverted the Triac terminals? The one that is door "G" already identifies it, but with the others I am in doubt, there is a clue that is common to all Triac, which I imagine will be the "COM" terminal and the other to the connector
Do not even try to change for the proposed triacs, remove the protective gel of the TR5 and TR4 and indicate that they are the ACS1086S (control 0.8 Amps), seeing the datasheet indicates that it is a triac but has something else associated (I do not know what is) inside the encapsulation, then based on controlling 2 amps I found the ACS120, it matches me in size (DPACK) and on the board it is connected in the same way as the ACS1086S, with a parallel capacitor and a series resistance to micro that controls it, looking for a replacement (which I didn't find) I find myself looking for the component even
Hi everyone!!! finally solve them, the component in question is the ACS120-7SB in the package it carries a triak with another component, it has a cost of approximately $ 102 pesos, I could get it at a distributor called Dicomse: http: //www.dicomse .com.ar
I changed it and walked out !!!
Greetings to all and many thanks to those who contributed their knowledge to help me
:)
Good day,! From what I read if !!, Samsung washing machine and some refrigerator plate to control the forcer, I took it out by deduction, remove the protective gel and look for the value of TR 4 and 5, then look within the same family one more powerful knowing that it controlled 2 amps and I found the component, I was resigned to changing the board, more so that my client had been scammed, so it took a while but the problem is solved!
