My washing machine does not stop loading water. The problem began after changing the thermal of the dryer. Attached photo model washer 20180712_092830.jpg [3.54MB]
Regards Lorena Velasquez.
One possibility is that the semi-transparent sleeve that is connected to the water level selector on the front control panel is detached. This would imply that no matter what level of water you want to load, it will not be detected until this fault is corrected if necessary.
A 2nd possibility could be that the cold water solenoid valve in its internal part where the coil that causes the piston to move to allow the water to pass inside the tub, stays stuck and the internal spring does not have to move it to go that closes the entrance of the water. It would involve checking or replacing the solenoid valve in question.
A third possibility is that one of the cables that from the water level carries the current signal to the clock or timer was disconnected or disconnected to start the washing stage taking a turn.
It may be the case that a fault exists internally in the device that controls the water level and must be replaced if it is damaged.
If the thermal ones to which you refer in your subject are the bimetallic ones for low, medium and high temperatures in the respective resistances in the dryer, this has nothing to do with the washing machine. They accidentally possibly moved something that is affecting the function of the solenoid valve when accessing the washer control panel.
It would be necessary to carry out the review and comment on it. Thanks and regards.
