Good afternoon. I have an AWR 680/3 Luxury Link washing machine which does not wash as the central agitator rotates non-stop on one side. Inquiring in the forum I arrived at what the problem was and disarmed the agitator. The obstacles are totally destroyed. The problem I am having is that I don't get the replacement anywhere. I ran into a supposed technician in one of the parts houses I visited and he told me to replace them with silicone bars. I do not want to spoil the entire washing machine and for this reason I wanted to ask if this is a feasible solution to my problem. Thank you
