The problem I have with this washing machine is that at the time of centrifugation the actuator does not operate and then the drum does not rotate and the pump does not drain. The pump is fine. I tested it alone. But the voltage that reaches the pump when I program it for centrifugation is only 140v. And only the vane is rotating. Could it be that since the actuator does not work, the voltage corresponding to the pump does not reach?

Well I tell you that now I am testing the washing machine the voltage that reaches the Actuator is 140 / 150VAC. The same one that reaches the pump. The actuator I have to change it, I tested it live alone and it is damaged.
