well ... remove the pressure switch disconnects the hose and during the charging process blows through the appendix that comes out of it ... you will hear a click ... if doing so the filling is cut and it would start to turn the motor .. if it is So then empty the drum by turning the knob until bursting ... then blow the hose in the opposite direction. -... Bone towards the drum is possibly covered with dirt .. mud or soap ....


