Noise and error E4 in Electrolux EWF-7800

In Rinse mode (and I am not sure if at any stage of the Wash mode) it makes a fairly loud and constant noise (TRRRRRRR), until it stops and in the viewfinder indicates (E4). I removed the back cover to see if it identified anything abnormal, but I saw nothing. I don't know much either, really. Will anyone here be able to identify the problem with this information? Thanks in advance.

Only now I manage to resume this topic. I failed to drain the water. When running the lever indicated by the video, after having removed the mouth of the black hose, nothing happens. : -s

I stuck my finger through the mouth of the bomb and found a wire. The problem is that I can't remove it, and as I told you, I also can't remove the pump so I can work more comfortably.

because you have to manage to disassemble or remove the wire, before breaking anything

Resolved! I managed to remove it on the same Saturday, only I hung up to let you know.
Thank you! :-)

Thank you very much lusangor for your answer. I have not managed to drain the water. Running the lever indicated by the video nothing happens. I also failed to remove the pump. The 2 screws found in the yellow cap on the top are very rusty, so I can't unscrew them.
