Review AC voltage input ok 2. 18.8VDC bridge rectifier output 3. 18vdc in capacitors filters 4. The source OB2212AP IC gives measurements like this: pin 1 and 2 13.6vdc .... pin 5 19vdc ..... pin 6 18.6vdc 5. The IC7 is an opto coupler measures nothing. The card gives nothing. Change that optocoupler and nothing. does nothing Please if anyone can help me thanks

Goodnight Regards I did not receive any help to my question. but I am not selfish and I want to share the solution or definitive repair that I make to this card like this: 1. The card did not turn on solution: Change resistance R14 (101) and capacitor C15 do not know its value as it is miniature SMD 2. He turned on the card with AE alarm (pressure switch) but when it is assembled it is normalized, that is to say, this card and pressure switch are OK 3. The washer only turns the motor one way and does not spin. Checking again card I found the track that reaches the base of the open TRC1 triac and the burst resistance R150 is SMD (101) bone 100ohms. Change resistance Repair track. Revice Triac is ok. Mount the card and the washing machine is working perfectly Greetings in case this solution is useful to someone
