Washing machine causes intermittence in home lighting

Good morning everyone. My question is about a problem with my drean concept unicomand washing machine engine. It causes intermittency in the lighting of my house and low voltage in electrical outlets. How can you test if the engine is defective? Thank you in advance for any information.

Good day how many volts are we talking 220v / 110v is your washing machine. anyway you have to measure is its amperage with a clamp to see how much it consumes. Check the diagram that the washing machine should have on the back or verify the engine can be there and so you will know its normal consumption.
