UNICOMMAND 116

Drean Unicommand 116 Drum Locked

It is a Drean Concert Unicommand 116 washing machine, I have taken several coins out of the pump cover, but one or two have remained and they do not allow the drum to rotate. It is locked, it hardly moves when I try to turn it to one side or the other. What should I do to unlock it? Thank you in advance for the help you can give me

Hi !! Thank you very much to all !! I did the embrage test and the drum spun and that allowed the 50 ctvs coin that was spinning to fall. But it was impossible to get it out of the rubber where the pump is connected. I managed to take out the central cover (take out the lid, pour hot water, and hooking on both sides I could lift it) and there was the damn coin. I replaced the pump, the central cover (comes under pressure) put the lid, also under pressure. Connect the water and the current and so far it works perfectly well. Thank you very much to all !!!

Hi, are you sure they are coins? usually the same ones cause drainage problems. To verify if it is really coins. Manually activate the clutch at the bottom of the pulley and see if it rotates the drum, in case of doing it very loudly, your washing machine would have problems with rollers. Regards

Thank you very much Juan Guillermo, I think so because I thought I had taken out all of them but when I stopped it I heard the noise of currency, as we could not get it tested to see if it worked the same way but the drum does not spin, I drained it and the noise is no longer heard , so I guess it could be those two cute ones that were left

Hello, during washing the drum does not rotate, it only has a slight sway accompanying the movement of the turbine, when spinning it should turn, if it does not it is due to bearing problems as indicated by colleague Juan, greetings.

Dear, to remove the coins inside the tank, start the washing machine in position "11" and leave the door open. After a few minutes, the basket is released and you can turn it to remove what is under the basket spider. Regards

Thank you very much Luis, I will try with your suggestion. In spinning the drum rotates (I guess it's the basket you mention) and would they fall there? Then I comment result
