I assumed it was slow or working but is already reviewed. I see that it has a cable that goes to a lap counter or tachometer, so I distrust it (I don't know if it can be tested) or possibly the board has been deconfigured or erased since the installation did not find any limit switch sensor It is the first time that I enter this type of equipment but I work in electricity, alarms, air conditioning installations and I have general knowledge in electronics, only I don't even know the model of the board to find accurate information.
