Hello people! My washing machine is new, it has 3 uses, but when centrifugal it hits a lot. I leveled it as indicated by the manual above and lateral. What strikes are some screws that it has in the back, according to manual there it indicated to me that it removes some washers and some rubbers that come with the washing machine before using it, that supposedly they are for transfers. It had a long screw with two washers (a flat plastic and a rubber one). I really don't understand the manual clearly. No yes if you perform the disassembly well. I want to know if what I did is right. Take out the washers and put the screw only in each of the 4 holes or failing that because it could be that I hit so much.

remove those screws, nothing has to go between the back plate and the plastic tank
