Hello community good morning! I need if you can give me a hand with a Drean concept 5.05 washing machine, it has two burnt resistors, the R38 and R42, I don't know what the value of you is for how they burned and I didn't find a plate diagram. And one more favor, I read that they burn like this because of the capacitor they have next to them or the triac q3, is it real or if they can guide me to check. Thank you all in advance, greetings !!

Dear, these resistors are normally damaged by voltage problems. Usually the damage of them usually drag the triac "Q7". Regards

Hi Luis, thanks for answering, I am going to change the resistance and you recommend me to change the Q7 ??? The resistances are 100 ohms?

Dear, the resistors are 10 ohms. Before replacing the triac, check its condition. Regards

Ok Luis I'm going to replace and raise the Q7 to check it

Hello people, I told you, I changed the resistors and it worked a few days and again it failed again, something I notice is that the washing machine works forced because a ruleman makes a lot of noise, can this be the cause of the resistance to burn?

Dear, if the washing machine works "forced", it will damage the engine, but not the plate. Now if you have low voltage, it will damage the plate and will work "forced" the motor. Regards

Hi Luis, how are you, thank you for responding, I tell you, yesterday I took out the plaque and again one of the resistances was desoldering, the temperature is so high that the tin is loosened and the resistance comes out, what can I do to make that do not happen, the rest of the components of the board nothing happened, I do not know how to solve this problem, I appreciate your help Luis and the colleagues to solve, thanks

Dear, tell you what is the resistance in question, to have a better picture. Do not forget to measure the grid voltage. Regards

Hi Luis, thanks for answering, the resistors are R38 and R42, the latter is the one that is dissolved by the high temperature, the mains voltage is 220 / 222v

Dear, before a similar problem, replace the 1.5 capacitor and the triac "Q7" solve the problem. Regards

Harold the r38 and r42 are 10 ohm. In addition to these solutions I share mine. The resistance burned again. And in a check I realized that the position in my outlet was not correct with respect to the "neutral and ~" washing machine is specified in the card of the washing machine plug, but I hope it works for you.
