What they told you, although it is correct, does not really apply to this washing machine. In this model, the pressure switch can be bridged by joining the only two wires it carries. When the bridge is done, when selecting a wash cycle (activate the 1/2 load function) and starting, the agitator must start turning in one direction and in the other. If you do not do this and instead continue to charge water, there is a wiring or board problem. If instead, the turbine starts to turn, the problem is the pressure switch. regards
