AURORA 6306 washing machine does not turn on

Hi. My washing machine LAVAAURORA 6306 class AA does not turn on. Not a light, or flickering or anything. Does not turn on. I washed normally until yesterday. The second time I loaded it (I always take into account the amount of clothes I put on, not to exceed the maximum weight), in the middle of the wash it was dead (literally). It does not turn on any light. I proved that the outlet was working well. And it does. I cut the plug and put the "bare" wires in the outlet and it doesn't work. Nothing at all, like no current coming. Another time I had problems with the plug. The machine was under warranty, so a technician saw it but told me that there was no need to replace the plug. One of the "legs" of the plug looks like melted in the base. But I already ruled out the problem of the plug, because when I cut it and send the cables directly to the socket, it doesn't work either. So, I have to open the washing machine to find the problem. I go to you. so that they can guide me on how to open the washing machine (it was left with water inside!) and once there, find what I should repair. I'm not technical, but if you explain to me I can fix anything. In fact, thanks to YoReparo and his community I arranged several washing machines that I had previously, refrigerators and even the car! Thank you in advance for your help and prompt response. Regards!

Thanks to the help of Alturasbal I was able to solve my problem. Thank you!
I have pictures of how it was and how it looked. But I don't know how they get on.
Again thanks. Until next time!

Hello, take out the top cover, it has 2 screws on the back, and behind where the cable enters is the anti-parasitic filter that may be damaged, then check if the plate reaches 220V, if the cable does not reach or the filter can be damaged, if it arrives and does not turn on it is because the plate died, check and comment, greetings.

Hi Alturasbal. Thanks for your answer! Right now I get to work ...
Query: how do I prove that 220V reaches the board? I imagine something like this: put the bare wires in the plug. Am I at risk of being electrocuted?

PLEASE DO NOT DO THAT TEST !!!! One of the cards that bring the current from the outlet, should give 220V or the same that is in the socket, if it arrives and the washing machine does not turn on is because the plate is ruined, look at the image to guide you in the measurement.

Hi! When I opened the washing machine I found that some cables were completely melted, they were plastic chips that you could tell were "repaired" with electrical tape.
We repair it by putting the connections back well with metal tabs and insulating with heat shrinkable. We replaced the plug (which I cut to see if it was that). And it goes perfectly.
I found what they had left me the time the technician came. And he said that there was a short line that the cable had to be changed. But obviously he did something very different.

I think that also using the program that heats the water to 60 ° is something that can overheat the wiring system. I hope it doesn't happen again.
I value as the solution in a while. Giving time if I did something very wrong, someone has time to let me know je ...

How hard it was to find it! The truth is that in the other interface I saw it better. But now I only dedicated myself to "commenting" what they told me, and so I couldn't see this part of the page: | Here are the pictures, just in case someone else helps. This was how we found it when opening the lid. These were the plastic chips that I found burned (they had like a melted wire inside and insulating tape all melted around). This is how it looked (we put heat shrinkage instead of insulating tape). And we use metal tokens without plastic things: Anyway, it was fixed :) Another thing that caught my attention: the antiparasitic filter (which is just above where the power cord comes in), was not connected to anything. Underneath it had plug-like legs, but it had no connection. It was seen that the yellow-green (ground) cable connection was below the filter. And the last thing, I think that by using the programs in what a prewash is done, it ends up breaking the electrical connection of the washing machine. Because it washes at 60 °, and this AURORA model does not have the possibility to opt for water temperature. Well, again so much grazie !! And now it qualifies as a solution!
