Hello friends, I have an Ariston Zanella 553 washing machine, which works everything ok separately, washed to one side, washed to the other, centrifuged, pressure switch, drain pump and electric pump. I still can't get the door lock because I can't know what model it uses, since it's not in the device. but as we all know bridging phase and connection should start, I only have the doubt if it is phase and connection or neutral and connection, knowing that it is alternate and according to how the plug is connected. Having two phases in the line as normal, but also in the connection that comes from the timer or timer and I suspect that it is abnormal, disassemble the mechanical timer to verify any stuck or carbonized contact. I took it apart and photographed each row of switches, so I threw some error on the ground, but if I had the setback and the difficulty that the white and long gear, which moves manually, moved out of position. The primary gear that only moves with the motor is fixed and does not come out and therefore does not synchronize. As I repair many video cassettes years I know that everything mechanical has a synchro or guide mark. In these timers I saw holes in the gears and in the back cover, and it seemed clear to me that this was the way to synchronize this, that is, by aligning these three holes. Directly tested the timer goes and meets all the correct rotation, but without being able to verify if the contacts are synchronized for proper operation. I can't solve the problem. Wrong way to synchronize through these holes ?, Since connecting it again I have the initial problem as before disarming the timer. I did the right thing? Why do I have phase in the cable that goes to the timer when it must be zero and feed with the switch phase of the door lock. Please can you give me an idea, since I know that these timers are repaired and verified, since I do not have the $ 900 with what a professional charges for reviewing these devices. I appreciate help.

Dear, if I do not remember these washing machines, they were carrying a door microphone instead of a door block, (like the old Longvie). Regarding the programmer, the best way to verify the cams is with the pulse diagram. Normally, in one turn there are 60 steps. Regards

Thank you Luis, to understand how to read it, are the cams on the left margin that are read as ALP in degrees that move the arm to open the softener and rinse inlet compartment? Sorry for the inconvenience since I never interpreted a diagram of these.
