I would like to elaborate a system of Protection that for when there is an eventuality of these I take out of service the delivery of energy in the home fulfilling a determined time for its replacement and not an Instantaneous reset that is the one that burns the equipment to me. The problem you have is variations or voltage fluctuations, nothing to do with over current. The protection system for such cases is a High / Low Voltage Protector.

Hello My advice is to buy high / low voltage protectors, individual plugs for each computer that has a motor, or that of delicate electronics (computers) in the latter case, a UPS system is preferable. The individual voltage protectors vary their cost depending on the consumption they support, so choose them depending on a common refrigerator, an air conditioner or a washing machine. What I do not advise is a general voltage protector for the electrical installation, at the most, if you have well sectorized circuits, you can protect part of them (although I am not convinced anyway). Comment on your doubts.

This system, like any voltage protector, of any kind, only varies the quality of your control electronics (other than an advanced one, the rest are the same ... thing), that is in a plug or in a Din rail does not make the difference. On the other hand, the micro-cut of voltage can not be protected in all cases, and these sometimes burn appliances by their high peaks.
