The valves have been changed, plate has been changed! tension reaches
the valves like it starts when it wants and when it doesn't, it locks .. Now it starts to give another fault, which is 40 60 80, and it doesn't spark. It usually starts with hot water almost always, but with heating it blocks more often ... It resets and starts, but the heating cycle makes it very fast ... In the end I will think it is something of a probe ...
The 40 60 80 is a problem of vaccination of gaces, they performed it clean of the fan and verified that it turns well ??? also made him clean of the exchanger ??? They checked tirage ???
LUCK
Excuse me Problem solved. it turns out that it was a motherboard failure, but also, the character that presented me at home to repair, did not do well and even having changed plate for another to which I had to undo and re-solder the plate potentiometer old, I damaged a probe connector and continued to fail, until I discovered the connector. It works again without problem since then .... Thanks for help ....
Good to everyone. To serve all. The boiler already works. The initial fault was motherboard and became a cluster of failures caused, and not detected, by the technician, between wiring probes to the same wrong board, the board itself, a fuse, the start-up switch that I had to solder the other damaged plate, and solder on the one that brought the 3rd, false contacts in plug, when plugging / unplugging, did not check with tester. I didn't blame him, but I doubt his professionalism, since half of the work / fault detection / repair / welding was mine.
Likewise, from experience, it is: 1- motherboard failure. changing it to the correct and new model is essential 2- When disassembling, check that all plugs, plug bases, cables are well, correctly interlocked in the bases, that nothing is loose. 3-If you use something of 2nd hand you have to check fuses, connections, plugs, etc ... The tester is the tool to always keep in mind and use. It was not my case, just take out mine, when I saw that I was going to stay again for a weekend without heating and hot water, we had been 2 weeks ...
The strangest thing is that I had to desolder and solder the switch from one plate to another, because he did not know / dared to do it ... My was going to be left with a plate that was not going well, because that switch failed, in the which were not checked neither fuses, nor connectors and we had 2 weeks and 3 visits of the technician between 3 and five hours, and 2 other similar plates but that did not go either (for failures of connections of probes and valves ....! ). In the end, I found the solution when using the tester. I ate it for what was served, according to the man, which cost me € 360!
