Dual boiler or water heater + heaters balanced shot?

Hello people. I hope you can help me solve this doubt that although I have read similar things, I cannot find an accurate answer. I am renovating a house of approx 110 m2 square roof. And I am in a doubt, which, once the decision is made, I cannot turn back. I reside in federal capital, and I am between putting a dual boiler (for example the Peisa Diva Duo) which would provide me with heating for the environments and for the sanitary. Or the other option is to put a hot water tank for the sanitary and install 3 or 4 eskabes balanced shot for each piece. Beyond the initial expense of the product + installation (of the boiler and radiators), from what I was seeing, the issue of gas expenditure would be similar. And with the dual boiler, I would even have trouble-free heating in the bathrooms, where I couldn't put an eskabe. But I don't know which one would bring me less trouble. Of course, grateful in advance for any advice you can give me.

Hi The safest, most efficient and most economical option is to place a hot water tank, and a radiator heating boiler. The reasons are these: With the hot water tank you will have the hot water service without problems for many years, without maintenance costs, to a dual boiler you have to clean it every year or you will suffer the consequences (there are abundant regrets in the forum). The boiler has an efficiency of 85% versus a single balanced shot heater, which (as the name implies, balances) is at most 50%. And the boiler allows to distribute the heat generated in a single burner to the whole house, that is, with a single source of fire all the environments are heated. Well installed and with minimal maintenance, a central heating system by radiators is by far the best in heating, since it works by convection and not by radiation, does not affect respiratory or circulatory health and values property (it is the formula used by appraisers, a house worth US $ 150,000 if it has central heating is worth US $ 160,000) As for the brand, the one you mentioned is not one of the best boilers (there are also complaints and regrets in the forum and outside of it) I hope it helps you to make a decision, regards!

Hello, thank you very much for your complete answer. Very clear.
I take the opportunity to consulate you, since I still did not buy anything, if you recommend me any in particular (taking into account that the spare parts and maintenance are within all accessible).
From what I was seeing here and on Google, they speak well of Caldaia and Baxi, but the latter does not know if the maintenance price is much higher.
Thank you so much.

Baxi is excellent, what you spend too much you will save on maintenance in the future, if you want something basic you can see Orbis, both have spare parts and guaranteed service

Thanks again.
Just consulting installers, they also recommended ferroli.

Ferroli is a very good boiler, the only thing to keep in mind are the parts that sometimes have to be expected, but well maintained will not give you problems. Regards !
